clean place with lovely views and great location very close to the pier. affable staff, excellentservices, including plenty of great delicacies. fairly quiet and beautifully decorated room, comfortable bed and pillows. location not far from restaurants as well as very close to the lake. quite comfortable overall experience.

Staying at Posada De Los Volcanes was a pleasure. The staff, particularly Francisco, greeted me warmly every time I passed by. I arrived early but they quickly prepared a room for me was good. The Queen Room offered a comfortable bed and was impeccably clean. I loved the shower-it had a fantastic hot water flow, perfect after a long day of hiking. The hotel grounds were beautiful, filled with lush plants and a serene little pond. Breakfast was a highlight each morning. The fruit cup was large and packed with tropical flavors. Walking to the lake only took a few minutes, a definite plus. The noise from the street, especially late at night from barking dogs, could be quite disruptive. Although I adjusted after a couple of nights, it definitely impacted my sleep. I appreciated the homey vibe and the way the staff were great, though the noise can be an issue for light sleepers.

The hotel is quirky, with stunningly beautiful views, IDEAL location in the touristic center of the city. There is a lot of great food for breakfast.

I enjoyed my stay! The garden area was fine, with beautiful plants and a serene little pond that instantly relaxed me. Francisco, the staff member, were pretty good, even helping me arrange a private boat to nearby towns. The Queen Room felt clean and comfy, with amazing shower pressure, made every morning refreshing.

The noise from dogs barking and birds chirping at 4 am was unbearable, and let's not even mention the malfunctioning shower that never got hot! I expected a warm welcome gift for my stay-clearly i'm just like everyone else here, no special treatment whatsoever. I almost wanted to love this place but just couldn't.

Especially Francisco, were super helpful. Rooms were clean and comfy, just minutes from the lake. The breakfast was a highlight-massive fruit servings! Only downside was the early morning bird noise.

We explored the beautiful lake on a tour, great to choose our own schedule and stop at various villages. The staff made everything easy and the family-friendly atmosphere was fantastic. I especially appreciated the cleanliness and the hearty hot breakfasts each morning.

For dads, it would be great if there were more activities for kids.

Charming place with amazing staff

The staff were super friendly, especially Julio-he helped with all my questions. Plus, the hot breakfast was so yummy every morning. I could even enjoy breakfast outside-such a relaxing vibe. Just a heads up, nights can get kinda noisy with outside sounds, but overall, it's such a peaceful spot!

Superb location right on the main street. Everything's just a stroll away, like the lake and restaurants! The hot breakfast was a good start to my day every morning. Staff were friendly.
